This recipe is super delicious and really simple. I made it for me and my roomie tonight and we give it two thumbs up.
1 lb chicken breast, cut into pieces and cooked in skillet
12-16 oz frozen veggies
sauce: mix in bowl
1/2 cup apple juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1-2 cloves of garlic, minced or crushed
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 Tbs brown sugar
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
peanuts for topping
serve over noodles or rice
